No worries! Your agreement will automatically upgrade to receive the rate discount per tier. Note, if your contract was generated as a month-to-month contract and you go over 40 hours, you will be at the highest discount until you sign on for a quarterly agreement unless otherwise noted in your service agreement.

If you’ve entered into a month-to-month agreement, all hours must be used in the month they were paid for. (Some exceptions may apply)

If you’ve entered into a quarterly agreement, your hours may be used for up to three months after the expected end of your contract date unless otherwise noted in your service agreement.

Yes! We are 100% committed to small business growth and success and strive to ensure your marketing budget goes to work for YOU. We may not even take you on if we find out that what you’re asking for can be done for free and by yourself (if you’re up to it!) Generally speaking though, these are the rates that we will charge.

Every new SMB client must undergo a 2 hour setup for an analytics property and Google Dash Board for reporting and performance benchmarking. If you require Google Ads, or if we strongly recommend it, you can either have us set it up for you or set it up yourself to save these hours. (Generally speaking, we will be able to accomplish this quicker for you so you can spend time doing what you do best)

For enterprise-level clients, our team is versed in multiple analytics platforms and will work with your data and analysis teams/stakeholders to ensure that we’re integrated with your reporting cadence and focusing on the most meaningful KPIs.

We’ve found that bi-weekly meetings work best to discuss status calls and project deliverables/ hiccups/ preliminary successes and end-of-month reporting meetings to determine success and next steps.

We will ensure that you have the support you need or meet with your internal teams as needed based on your campaign requirements.

Depending on your level of need, we have multiple channels for communication. From emails (which we strive to respond to within a few hours/ by end of the day), to phone calls (which strive to return within one business day), to an integrated Slack that we can offer your team (for clients requiring ongoing immediate access).
